In a rapidly changing society, where the concept of work has greatly changed, it is necessary to accompany our young people to understand their future working environments.
New forms of work increasingly rely on specific skills, in particular certain cognitive skills, which can be grouped under the name « spirit to undertake ». To support this development, Etena develops original, tested and proven training courses to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of students, from the Bachelor's degree to the PhD.
Raising awareness, accompanying and disseminating entrepreneurial culture
Etena is part of a national drive to promote entrepreneurial culture.
We address all students in higher education and young graduates, with the aim of echoing the current challenges of changing worlds of work.

and professionalizing your training!
Etena has developed a resource centre for entrepreneurship education.
In others, turnkey modules proposed, with variations in time, targeted skills and student engagement. They are available for all institutions/components wishing to include entrepreneurship in their training.
Training is driven by entrepreneurs·e (almnis d-Etena or members of our network) to bring a practical feedback dimension to students.

Through the National Status Student Entrepreneur, Etena offers an accompaniment method adapted to students·the desire to test an idea and undertake it during their studies.
Our method, based on more than 12 years of experience in accompaniment and approved by hundreds of speakers·es, is structured around three pillars:
Methodology
Etena, it's more than 12 years of experience in accompaniment of project carriers.
We train students entrepreneurs at the Lean Startup : an agile and fast method to validate an idea by confronting it with the market, while minimizing the initial investment.
