Bootcamps PhD students
Click ➜ here for the English version
Developing entrepreneurial actions for doctoral students offers them the opportunity to enhance their skills, accelerate their careers and contribute to innovation. Developing trinational initiatives is all the more crucial, as it enriches their network and opens up international perspectives: a major asset in our interconnected world.
Each year, several sessions of entrepreneurial bootcamps exclusively for doctoral students take place at Pépite Etena.
To reach the widest possible audience, two sessions in French (Bootcamp Spirit to undertake) are offered to Francophone students in Alsace, and another in English (PhD Skills) is open to all doctoral students in the Upper Rhine region.
For the French version, as for the English version: the principle remains the same. Students are immersed in the entrepreneurial profile for two days and provide intensive work to achieve a common goal: developing innovative projects by forming multidisciplinary teams.
Form a group
Identify a problem...
Solve it!
During the entire event, experts are present to supervise them and make them mobilise all the management tools necessary to create their project.
Participants in Bootcamp Esprit d'entrepreneur have the opportunity to discover the local entrepreneurial ecosystem while developing their project.
➡️ At the end of the bootcamp, 12 hours of transverse formation are validated.
For the PhD SkillsUp, a workshop on cross-cutting skills, such as communication, teamwork and problem solving, is proposed at the end of the project. This workshop aims to make doctoral students more adaptable and effective in various professional environments.
➡️ At the end of the bootcamp, 15 hours of transverse formation are validated.
Interested?
Every year, nearly 50 PhD students·e·s mobilized·e·s within the framework of these bootcamps.
